３-２. Production Schedule

A: Production Manager

A: Are we staying on schedule?

B: Not exactly. As you can see from this job chart, unfortunately, we are two days behind schedule due to the faulty shipment of transistors that we received. It took us a while to determine the cause of the problem. We initially thought that the machine settings were off. After one of my operators spotted the difference in the length of the wires, we had to get new wires from the supplier.

A: How many pieces of new wire do you need per month?

B: After mass production starts, we will need 110,000 pieces per month.

A: I see. Check the production schedule chart again.

B: Next month’s schedule is a bit tight. I would like to talk with my group members.

A: All right. After that, please make a new production schedule for next month.

Speech
